Our Ewenique is made with 100% California sheep's milk, an old favorite that has been re-vamped. It is a gouda-style cheese with notes of fresh cream and starches up front and a finish of warm vanilla and spiced tea. Pull nibbles from the wedge to expose the natural jagged curd structure, adding a unique aesthetic element to any grazing tray.
