Our Goat Cheddar is made with a proprietary culture blend created by the big cheese himself, Reggie Jones. This semi-firm buttery cheddar has a mild yeasty quality that hints at fresh baked sourdough bread and fresh grass. It is sure to melt your heart as it melts in your mouth.
