Once you cut into our flagship cheese a burst of fruity and caramel aromas will transport you to the sun-soaked hills of California. Its ivory-colored paste is firm, yet slightly chalky and possesses flavors of tart apples, grass, and crusty bread. Our Goat Gouda is made with 100% goat's milk and is aged for 4 to 6 months.

Taste: Salt, Sour, slightly bitter

Texture: Crumbly, chalky, slightly crystalline, tacky, semi-firm
